The world within the cities walls is completely different from the beautiful metropolis it looks like from the outside. Much of the population is living in poverty, while those that are well off enjoy their life, many of them oblivious or just don't care about the struggle in Lower Vale. With poverty, hatred forms. Where there's hatred, there is crime.

Crime is prevailing over the lower class of Vale. The Queen and King at present, Vanessa and Algernon, are doing their best to keep a civil war out of the question. But, will there be one?
